Gout

Gout is a type of arthritis that occurs when uric acid builds up in the joint(s). The symptoms develop suddenly originating the term “gout attack” or “flare up.” These attacks or flares can often be described as throbbing, crushing, or excruciating pain usually affecting the big toe, knee, or ankle joints.
